How the directory is made.

What we include, where the information comes from, and what a listing does and does not mean.

What we cover

GLP-1 Database covers telehealth companies that offer GLP-1 care to patients in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. That includes branded medications and compounded versions. The providers listed here are a researched selection of large and smaller companies. The directory does not include every company, and it does not rank them.

How providers are selected

A provider is included when its own website describes GLP-1 care it offers through telehealth. We also looked at public regulatory information, such as FDA warning letters, when choosing providers, and some companies are not listed as a result. Inclusion is an editorial decision. It is not an endorsement, and it is not a judgment of quality or safety.

We do not verify clinician licenses, medical-group arrangements or pharmacy credentials. When a profile says a provider’s clinicians are licensed or board-certified, that is the provider’s own statement, and we attribute it.

Where information comes from

We read each provider’s own pages directly: program and pricing pages, FAQs and terms. Every profile links to the pages used and shows the date they were checked. We do not treat text hidden in page code, images, or other websites’ summaries as evidence of what a provider offers. Other directories are used only to find leads, which we then check against the provider’s own pages.

Research and drafting are done with the help of AI tools, under human direction. Every listing is tied to its cited sources, so you can check it.

State coverage

A provider appears on a state page when its own pages say its clinical service is available there. This may describe its general telehealth service or its weight-management program. We use named service states and clear nationwide coverage statements, retaining any exceptions. “All 50 states” does not by itself include Washington, DC. A statement about clinician licensing alone is not enough.

We assume a provider offers its advertised medications in its reported service states unless it specifies an exception. This is our directory’s listing method, rather than separate confirmation of every medication in every state. We retain explicit product exclusions and conditions, such as access through an eligible health plan. A listing does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription.

Prices

Price charts show self-pay prices as the provider publishes them. To compare providers, ongoing charges are converted to a monthly amount; one month is one twelfth of 365.25 days. A four-week charge of $349, for example, is about $379 a month. The original charges and payment schedule are always shown.

A figure is labeled “All-in monthly” only when the provider accounts for every recurring fee. Otherwise the chart shows a subtotal and names the fees that are not published. An unknown fee is never counted as zero.

Introductory prices, first-purchase offers, one-time consultations and cancellation terms are shown separately from the monthly figure. Prices with insurance are not shown. Prices and offers change often, so confirm with the provider before you enroll.

Compounded medications

Compounded offerings are labeled separately from branded medications. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.

What we do not do

We do not give medical advice, recommend medications, or decide who is eligible for treatment. Listings are not reviewed by a clinician. We do not sell medication or take orders, and we cannot see or change anything in your account with a provider.

Independence

The directory has no advertising, affiliate links or sponsorships, and it earns no revenue from the providers it lists. Providers cannot pay for inclusion, placement or changes to their listing. Directory lists are alphabetical; the homepage features a small editorial selection. On state medication pages, available listings come before stated exclusions.

Keeping information current

Each listing shows when its sources were checked. Providers can change their services, prices and coverage at any time, so a listing may be out of date after that date. If you notice something that has changed, please let us know through the contact page.
